2024-02-18-ace-release-patch Text Messaging

On February 18, 2024, our monthly release was deployed.

Two problems were identified after the release related to using the “Send Text Message” drop down list.

1. agents were sometimes seeing the wrong list of templates available between the Text Log “Select Template” drop down list and the phone demographic “Send Text Message” drop down list.

2. agents were unable to select invite text templates when they had the correct configuration to be able to do so.

These problems have been fixed as of this patch on 2/23/2024.

In addition, we have identified a feature that was erroneously documented in the release notes. It was under the heading, “VA Visible Document Referencing from Email Demographic.” It will be noted in the release notes again when it is available.

In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
