On April 19, 2026, our monthly release was deployed.
Updates to Client Access permission roles resulted in an inability for Client Access Users to successfully search for accounts. Customers are now able to add the “Client Access - Search Options” Permission Role to their Client Access Users so they will be able to search for accounts.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
