On August, 16 2026, our monthly release was deployed.
Fixes and Updates:
RI reports were omitting grouped headers (where one column header has multiple column headers under it) in export files. Now those are included and also shown in export PDFs.
The “Core Default” Boolean field is still visible for RI Boards, but is read only when applied, Core RI Boards can still be cloned if a similar custom board needs to be created.
In a primary/sub client scenario for RI reports with a client parameter, a user can now, “Select all”, “Deselect all”, or choose to select some among primary clients and/or subclients to be represented in the data being reported.
When a client parameter is used, the exported RI Visuals now include, in the footer, the client codes selected in the parameter for the report.
After transaction bucket labels were modified, the transaction report was not correctly sorting buckets accurately in the visible report. This has been fixed.
The Core Dashboard Visual for My Collection was not formatted correctly to show currency in user commission, and two decimals in amount and commission fields. Those are formatted as expected now.
Commented out content in SQL Designer reports was not coming across when SQL reports were converted to RI. It is now.
RI Visual Date/Time Parameter selections like “This Month” were not taking the full date into account. Now, the Start date/time for the range will default to 12:00:00 AM and the End date/time will default to 11:59:59 PM.
RI Visual Bullets and Numbers were not showing up accurately in the user interface. They are now.
When a prompt was used to remove headers from an RI Visual the column headers were not being removed. That is fixed, they are now removed from the report and the exported report.
RI reports were slow in some scenarios. Performance had been improved.
Using a report runner job task and renaming the file in the “Output File” field for RI Visuals wasn’t working. Now the reports are being renamed as expected.
When Inventory Designer Reports were converted to RI reports, populated non-overridable parameters were not being converted. They are now. Now if the parameters in Inventory Designer were populated and not overridable, the SQL will retain the populated parameter values, but the parameters will not show up in the RI Report. If the parameters in Inventory Designer were overridable, then parameters will be created in the RI version of the report.
New RI Features:
There is are two new RI Core reports:
Reports → Accounting → Invoices Hot and Cold - Compares invoice total-collected amounts across the five most recently completed months for clients whose grouped invoice amount falls within the selected range in any of the last four completed months, optionally rolled up to a primary client, with company names, source-invoice drilldown, and sortable Hot and Cold ordering.
Reports → Company → Assignments Hot and Cold - Compares total assigned balance across the five most recently completed months for clients whose grouped assigned balance falls within the selected range in any of the last four completed months, optionally rolled up to a primary client, with company names and sortable Hot and Cold ordering.
In the ACE UI, a user can now have multiple dashboards, currently visible from the sidebar on the RI Visuals and RI Dashboards page and from Reports → My Dashboards. RI Dashboards will be shown for a user in “My Dashboards” if the “Role” configured for the Dashboard is also a “Permission Role” in the User’s Profile.
