On October 18, 2026, our monthly release was deployed.
An issue was identified where Rainmaker Insights Visual reports were not showing headers on the RI Visuals page or reports downloaded from the RI Visuals page, but were showing headers in reports generated from the “Report Runner: Run as User” job task.
This has been fixed. Now reports generated from the “Report Runner: Run as User” job task will match the behavior from the RI Visuals page.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
