      How does it benefit me?

      If your agents and administrators were seeing a number of account modified errors while working accounts, you will see significantly fewer of them.

      What is it?

      Account modified errors were occurring because ACE was trying to prevent records from being overwritten when more than one individual or workflow was expected to interfere with another one.

      What do I have to do?

      You don't need to do anything! The development team made changes so ACE will be able to better recognize actions that don't conflict and allow them to be saved without an account modified error.

       

      What didn't change?
      Existing behavior related to user entry of transactions and adjustments is not impacted by this change.  Multiple users can post the same or different amounts at the same time without seeing an error.
