      On January 15, 2023, our monthly release was deployed.

       

      A problem with creating some new user profiles has been identified. A patch is being released on January 17, 2023 to fix the problem.

       

      In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 10-15 minutes may be experienced.

       

      We apologize for the inconvenience this may create, but please know that we are dedicated to taking corrective actions whenever appropriate.
