Download Import Messages

Accounts - ETL Import - History

Left click the "File Name" of the Import you would like to View Messages for.

If there are Warnings, Errors, or Duplicates shown in the Information about the selected Import, left click the Download Messages button to download a csv file with related detail.

 Information included in the downloaded file will help you to identify the reason rows from an import file may have had related warnings or errors and accounts may have been impacted. The file will include:

• The Import File Name
• The date of the import (Create Date)
• The Debt ID
• The Client Code a Placements Import is associated with
• The Line (Row) Number from the Import File each Message is associated with
• If the Message is related to a Warning or an Error
• The Message describing the Warning/Error/Action taken
