This guide will help you navigate the ACE Help Center and make the most of its features. If you can't find what you need, reach out — we’re here to help!

Key Features

• Smart Search Bar: Quickly find the information you need.

• Glossary: Definitions of key terms.

• Multi-level Categories and Sub-categories: Organized content for easy navigation.

• Tables of Contents: Navigate lengthy articles with ease using clickable links.

• Download or Print to PDF: Options to save or print information.

• Chat with Us: For real-time support requests.

Home Page

The Help Center home page is your starting point.

• Header: Access links to the InterProse website, Support, and Glossary.

• Main Section: Includes a Smart Search bar and quick links to Security Documentation and Release Notes.

• Below Main: Displays Recently Created, Recently Modified, and Most Viewed articles, plus a Chat With Us link for support.

• Footer: Contains links to InterProse products, company information, top features, industries served, and a feedback email.

Finding Articles

There are two primary options to locate articles in our help center.

• Smart Search: Use the Smart Search bar for a quick search across the knowledge base, displaying the top five results with an advanced search option available.

• Category Navigation: Browse an alphabetical list of categories and subcategories on the left side of the page.

Article Features

Each article may include:

• Embedded glossary definitions

• Related article links

• Infographics and tables

• A clickable Table of Contents (for longer articles)

• Print and PDF download options

• A feedback form at the bottom
