ACE Import Interface

This guide describes the ACE file import process that is required by credit grantors, collection agencies and debt buyers to interface with ACE. The guide is intended for IT professionals as well as those interested in a deeper understanding of how the interface works. 

InterProse provides ETL (Extract Transform and Load) import layouts that act as a mechanism for importing data into the ACE application. The ETL Import tool operates via batch transmissions and relies on a manual user upload or a standardized Secure File Transfer Protocol Open SSL/SSH (SFTP) to import data. Anyone that wishes to import data into ACE must be able to produce standard delimited text files. Each file must consist of specific ACE Load Methods.
