Bundle settings

This document will break down the options available in the ACE bundling feature. 

 Setup-Accounts-Bundling

Primary Account Selection Method

Options:

 Oldest Account, Newest Account, Highest Balance or Priority. 

Pending bundle threshold

Pending bundle threshold is the lowest amount that an account must meet when matching as a pending bundle member. 

For example, if the threshold is set at 80, then any accounts that meet the weight of 80 against an existing bundle will show up as pending bundle members for that account. 

For an account to bundle automatically it must meet 100. 

Exclude Status Code Groups

The Exclude Status Code Groups feature will exclude accounts that are in that status code group from automatically bundling. To exclude a status code group click on the group listed in the options to highlight that group green. 

For example, to prevent Legal status group accounts from automatically bundling with an account simply highlight Legal. This will prevent the account from automatically bundling. The account will show up as a pending bundle member.

Exclude Status Code Groups From Pending

To prevent an account from bundling based on the status code group, click the Exclude Status Code Groups From Pending check box. This will prevent the account from showing up as a pending bundle member. 

For example, if the Legal status code group is being excluded in the Exclude Status Code Groups then checking this box will prevent them from showing as pending bundle members. 

Exclude Status Codes

The Exclude Status Codes feature will exclude accounts that are in that status code from automatically bundling. To exclude a status code click on the status listed in the options to highlight that status green. 

For example, to prevent Bankruptcy status code accounts from automatically bundling with an account simply highlight the associated status code such as BNK. This will prevent the account from automatically bundling. The account will show up as a pending bundle member.

Exclude Status Codes From Pending

To prevent an account from bundling based on the status code, click the Exclude Status Codes From Pending check box. This will prevent the account from showing up as a pending bundle member.

For example, if the BNK status code is being excluded in the Exclude Status Codes then checking this box will prevent them from showing as pending bundle members.
