Chat Manager Guide

The Chat Manager provides comprehensive tools to view and respond to chats.

Access Chat Manager

  1. Go to Utilities → Chat Manager.

Chat Inbox

The Chat Inbox provides a filter to control the displayed information.

Chat Statuses

The status of chats is defined by user actions.

  • NEW: Indicates an unengaged chat.

  • READ: Indicates that an agent has read the chat.

  • REPLIED: Indicates an engaged chat.

Respond to a Chat

  1. Click on a chat message.

  2. You will be redirected to the Chat Logs screen on the account.

  3. Click Join Chat.

  4. Compose your message.

  5. Click Send.

The Chat logs will display chat communications.

Chat Search

Chat search allows you to locate chats.

  1. Go to Utilities → Chat Search.

  2. Enter data, click Search.
