User Interface Templates can be modified for Client Access
- Setup-User Interface-Client Access
- Select the desired UI for creation or editing.

- Go through each section systematically.
- To make a field visible, click on it to turn it green.

- To mark a field as required, click on the pill twice to turn it red.
- Apply
