Clone a User

This article will demonstrate how to Clone User profiles in ACE.

1. Open the existing user profile that you want to clone
2. Click Clone  located at the bottom left corner of the screen 
3. Once you're in the clone screen, you will notice that the word "Cloned" appears on the top left corner, along with the status "LOCKED" below it
4. Proceed to replace the Username and E-Mail Address fields with the new user's information.
5. Make sure to complete all the other required fields marked with a red asterisk (*)
6. After you have added the new user's information to the cloned profile and filled out all necessary fields, click on the Save button to save the changes

Test New Profile

1. Open the user profile you want to test
2. Click on the Become User button
3. Note any differences you observe while using the system as the user
4. Avoid making any actual actions or changes while logged in as the user
5. Log out of the user account
6. Log back in using your administrator credentials
