Permissions Roles:
To view a list of available Permission Roles:
Go to Setup → Roles → Permissions.
Review the list to identify the permission roles desired.
To export the full list of permission roles, including Role ID, Label, and Description, click on the export icon.
Permissions within Permission Roles:
To view permissions grouped in a Permission Role:
Go to Setup → Roles → Permissions.
To view the permissions in a permission role, select it from the list.
Users with Specific Permission Roles:
To find users with a particular permission role (e.g., "Menu - Accounts"), follow these steps:
Go to Reports →Users → Users Roles.
Use the search bar and input the specific permission role, such as "Menu - Accounts."
