This article provides instructions on adding Permission Roles in a User, Admin or Client Access user Profile in ACE.


Add User Permission Roles

  1. Setup - Users - Profiles
  2. Select User
  3. Click Add under Permission Roles
  4. Select roles using the check boxes
  5.  Click Save

Test Permission Roles

  1. Open the user profile you want to test
  2. Click on the Become User button
  3. Note any differences you observe while using the system as the user
  4. Avoid making any actual actions or changes while logged in as the user
  5. Log out of the user account
  6. Log back in using your administrator credentials
