Creating a Dispute Worklist
In this video, we'll guide you through creating a worklist for managing disputes.
Note
Before creating a new worklist, assess specific needs and review existing configurations.
Configurations for Example Worklist
For our example Dispute Worklist: Set the Worklist type to User to assign a Dispute Agent. Choose Dynamic for the work order to organize accounts by Next Work Date for timely resolution. Enable the Exclusive setting to restrict dispute accounts to the Dispute list, preventing other agents from accessing them.
Steps to create your worklist
Go to Workflow → Worklists
Choose "New" and input essential details in the Information Section
Worklist Type: User
Worklist Order: Dynamic
Exclusive: Yes
Specify additional options like Work Required, Work Bundle, and Is Supervisor.
Click Apply
Users Section
In the Users section, include users assigned to handle Dispute accounts.
Additional sections
Complete the additional sections such as:
Rules: Define specific rules.
Build Options: Add accounts to the worklist.
Sort Fields: Determine sorting criteria.
Click Save when completed.
