Tracking The Source of Virtual Agent Linking from QR Codes

The Source and Source ID fields can be found in SQL Reports for tracking and analysis purposes.

When a QR code is used from an ACE local print letter:

    • The Source field will store “LETTER” and the Source ID field will store the unique account Letter ID.

    • These details will be stored in the virtual_agent_session and payment_plan tables/views if a payment or payment plan is set up during the session.

    Note

When a consumer logs in with the QR Code and does not complete the log in authentication (in this example, with DOB), the VA session record will still be created.
