Here's a step-by-step process for accessing ACE.
- Obtain the necessary login information: Contact your Administrator or ACE support to obtain the web address (URL), username, and password required for logging in.
- Open your Internet browser: Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari).
- Enter the custom URL: In the address bar of your browser, type in your company's unique URL provided to you. It will be similar to http://team.interprose.com/login.do?customerID=NAME. Remember to replace "NAME" with your company's customer ID, using uppercase letters.
- Press Enter: After typing the URL, press the Enter key on your keyboard or click the "Go" or "Search" button in the browser.
- Provide login credentials: On the ACE login page, enter your username and password in the designated fields.
- Click Sign In: Once you have entered your credentials, click the "Sign In" button to proceed.

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
