ACE is a comprehensive platform designed for managing accounts receivable. This article provides guidance on accessing ACE and the initial login process.
Accessing ACE
Custom : Your company has been provided with a custom URL to access your ACE application. The Administrator (admin) in ACE should share the custom URL with users who require access.
- Format: http://portal.interprose.com/login.do?customerID=NAME
- Replace NAME with your company's name in UPPERCASE LETTERS.
First-Time Login
Verify/update contact information: Upon logging in for the first time, users will be prompted to verify or update their contact information (Name, Phone Number, E-Mail Address) on the My Profile page.
Review and make necessary changes. Click the Update Profile button to proceed.

Change password: Users will be required to change their password on the following page.

Troubleshooting Login Issues
- Unable to log in: Contact your application administrator if you lose or forget your username.
- Forgot password: Click the "Did you forget your password?" link on the ACE login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
