Home Screen
When you login to ACE, the first page you see is your homepage. This page comprises a menus, utility bar, sidebar, and dashboard.
Profile
User contact information as set by the ACE administrator. Individual users can change if needed.
Email address is used for password resets.
Change Password
Users can update their password themselves as long as they know the current password. (If not then they must do a password reset.)
Passwords must follow Password Rules for Strong Passwords. Accepted password characters ! # $ * . - _ ^ % ? = @ & , ; < > = ~
Charges
Admins can view and manage invoices. Refer to Viewing and Managing ACE Monthly Charges for details.
File Manager
Serves as a quick link to the File Manager to perform common file operations such as creating, opening, renaming, copying, moving and deleting files and folders. Refer to About File Manager for more details.
Menu bar
The Menu bar contains drop-down menu and sub-menu links to navigate the system. The viewable menus are specific to the users' role, defined by the system administrator.
Utility Bar
The blue Utility Bar contains a quick Account View, Transaction Post, or Document search box, Phone search box, Worklist drop-down menu, Print link, and Logout link. The Utility Bar is blue and just below the gray Menu Bar. It is always present, no matter where you are in ACE.
Utility Bar Toggle Feature
There is a toggle feature available in the Utility Bar that allows you to toggle between Account View, Transaction Post, and Documents.
Note
The selected page stays active until you use the toggle to switch to a different page.

Magnifying Glass | Takes you directly to the advanced search screen. |
List Icon | List of recent search results. |
Phone | Search an account by using a phone number associated in the account demographics. |
Case # | Search for Judgment Accounts. |
Worklist dropdown | Displays all your worklists that have accounts that are available to be worked today. The number in parentheses indicate the number of accounts in the worklist available to be worked today. |
Recent Accounts | Displays a list of accounts recently worked or viewed. |
Alerts | Displays your alerts. The number in parentheses indicates the number of alerts. |
Time | Displays your current time spent in dead time (not working account). |
Print Icon | Print link allows the user to print the current page. |
Logout Link | Ends the user’s session. |
Sidebar
The sidebar contains links to navigate the system. The links listed on the sidebar are relevant to the current screen the user is at.
Sidebar links are specific to the user's role as defined by the system administrator.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides users with access to a range of tabs and panels that pertain to collections, goals, and recent accounts.
Administrators can customize the panels to show agent-specific information. Agents will see goals based on their user settings, while only the Administrator can access "Company Goals" and Agency-related information.
