The feature enables agents to utilize action codes in order to print specific letters locally, enhancing the letter printing process.

What information is required for setting up this feature using action codes?

When configuring this feature, two new fields need to be filled out in the action code setup page:

• Print Output Vendor: Select a vendor from the provided list that supports local letter printing, such as PDF, Open Office, or Word.
• Print Letter Profile: Specify the letter that agents will print locally when applying this action code.

How should the Action Code be labeled?

Label the Action Code in a way that clearly identifies the specific letter intended for printing when agents use it. Notably, action codes meant for local letter printing do not require additional action settings.
