    Each month we add new features to the ACE application, make improvements to existing features and fix problems that have been identified.

     

    The release notes have a new look this month. Please let us know what you like and if there are any changes you would like to see in the way ACE release notes are presented in future.

     

    Attention:We expect the downtime for deploying the release updates to take up to 30 minutes to complete.Please keep this in mind when deploying.

    Improved Uploads

    Optimization has been put in place to reduce the amount of time it takes to upload files to ACE.

     

    Please note:There are many variables that might impact file load times including file sizes, number of files and other activities and jobs that may place extra load on the system

    Debt Note Delta Logs

    There is now a delta log value stored with the loaded debt notes so aborted debt note conversion data can be identified and removed.

       

    Bundle Costs Exceeded Trigger

    There are three new triggers available for action path workflow when bundle costs are exceeded. The set up for each of these new triggers will depend upon the behavior expected. An example of the set up for one is included below.

       

    User Password Resets

    There is now a job task available that can be used to force users to reset their passwords on a particular schedule.

     

    Please note:In order for this job task to behave consistently, it is recommended that it be set on a daily schedule at a unique time and that changes to it be infrequent.

    Collector Email

    Email Profiles can now be set up to represent the From Name & the From Email related to the primary agent's user in ACE. See below for the variables that can be used in this way.

    InterProse Text Messaging Service (ITMS SMS)

    We'd like to introduce you to a new SMS option available in ACE. Below are some of the features you'll have at your fingertips if you decide to give it a try.

    • Two way texting in the account Text Log
    • InterProse will obtain and set up your vendor credentials
    • Default messages for opt in, opt out, help and others are pre-populated with the option to customize
    • A starting set of pre-populated text profile templates is provided and ready to be set up with ACE workflow right away
    • The ability to write and customize your own Text Msg Profiles to meet your individual needs
    • Both admins and non-admins can be made Text Message Supervisors with the ability to respond to SMS messages, link inbound messages to accounts and stay on top of messages that haven't been responded to
    • The ability to restrict agents to templated messages or give them permission to modify profiles
    • Inbound and outbound messages are visible in notes and in text logs

    Fixed it!

    • When a standalone form is populated or deleted, an account note will now be saved identifying the named form as added or deleted
    • Account notes now consistently represent worklist changes by the name of the worklist
    • Adding a new phone number while notating a phone call was resulting in the new phone number being stored, but no phone log results; phone log results are now stored as expected
    • Fixed Pay N Seconds credit pending issue
    • Client Access Users no longer see API documentation
    • Restricted accounts in a worklist are no longer preventing worklist progression
    • Efficiency for LiveVox queue improved
    • Canadian customer Postal/Zip Code fields can now accept alpha characters
    • Using "Make Primary" from a non-primary demographic was sometimes resulting in a blank phone number, email or address record; blank demographic records are no longer being created when using the "Make Primary" feature
    • Payment rerun option is available now for failed payments
    • The account patient name is now available for bundle group letters
    • LiveVox audio recording job is fixed
    • BIN database correction for MasterCard payments in VA
    • A potential security vulnerability associated with the .gitignore file has been fixed
