ETL Phone Logs
Phone log records can now be imported into ACE when the phone number associated with the call matches an account's phone number without requiring an account number match.
DOB Years in Logic
In addition to being able to search for date of birth by age in days, dob age in years is now available in Logic Blocks.
Delete/Cancel Pending Letters
The View Letters log now reflects a CANCELLED status when a scheduled letter (PENDING status) is cancelled. When a scheduled letter in a PENDING status is deleted, it is removed from the View Letters log with a Deleted letter accountnote.
ETL Import Overlay Email Logs
Existing Email Logs can now be updated using "Overlay" in conjunction with the Email Queue ID.

The following fields are now available and exposed in ACE's SQL Designer.

Disable SOL for
Account Assignments ETL Load Method
In order to prevent Statute of Limitations settings from applying while loading historic conversion data, there is now an option to "Disable Sol" in the ETL Import Profile for the Account Assignments Load Method.
ITMS Inbound Text
Auto-Refresh
New inbound text messages might be received while an Agent is reviewing text messages in the Text Log page on an account. In ACE, the text log page will now refresh approximately every 15 seconds so the Text Log will display new inbound texts.

SuppressNotesOption
The option to "SuppressNotes" is now available for all ETL Import Load Methods.
PleaseNote:Notesshould typically only be suppressed for historic (conversion) data.
New Disputes Will Store to an Included Account
In the past, it was possible to initiate and save a dispute record on an account in a bundle and choose not to include the account in those being disputed. Now that scenario will result in the dispute record being saved to one of the accounts selected as part of the dispute.
PleaseNote:This is not retroactive. It will only impact new disputes created after this feature is deployed.

Behind the Scenes - Speed Improvement
Some improvements the development team identifies and implements throughout ACE aren't visible on the front end of the application.
This month there were changes made to the way data is joined in ACE, foreign key constraints and temporary files. As a result there are measurable speed improvements for client placement loading and account viewing. For example, in our test environment, client placements loaded 24% faster.
The loading of ETL email logs, phone logs, text logs and letter logs was also improved. When used for loading conversion data in our test environment, we saw 50% improvement.
Optimization was also identified and implemented relating to searches and statistics.

Send emails (preference) between 8am and 9pm only is now working as expected
ITMS unresponded/unlinked text messages are getting assigned to supervisor
A correction was made to stop bundle letter series causing "modified by another user" during payment plan setup
Fixed date range displayed in SQL Report parameters - it was continuing to display original selected date range when using calendar tools
Fixed out of bounds error when exporting a bundle group letter
Numbers with more than 3 decimals now display as entered (no longer in scientific notation) in collection costs
Fixed ability to alter spread when posting a payment to a judgment account
Fixed duplicate errors on letter import with addresses that should be updated
FTP is no longer erroneously showing up as an option for data transfer
