ACE Release Notes - 09/13/2020

Account SummaryCopy Information from Summary: Users can now copy and paste information visible to them in the account summary by clicking on the icon shown below: |
The icon only appears when your cursor is next to the field you wish to copy. |
Action CodesAction Code List Improvement: We have expanded the drop down list for action codes to contain 50 items before it converts into a text type search field. Action codes are now listed in alphabetical order within this menu. |
Account ViewQuickly Add New Phone Numbers:It is now possible to add a new phone number via the notate account section. Click on the phone number field and begin typing to input the new number. Clicking apply will add the new phone number to the accounts demographics. |
Credit ReportingCredit Reporting for PIF: ACE now has separate reporting notes to distinguish accounts that have been removed from credit reporting manually or due to payment fulfillment. For paid/sif status reporting codes 61-65, the note has changed from "Debt removed from Credit Bureaus" to "Final status sent to Credit Bureaus. Future reporting has stopped".
New Credit Report Final Date Field: Because ACE now distinguishes between manual removal from credit reporting and removal due to paid in full, a new 'credit report final date' field has been added. This field will populate when an account is removed from credit reporting due to being paid in full.

DialersLast Work Date Update: When updating a phone log via dialer, the system will now set the last work date based on the call date instead of the file import date associated with the dialer file.
New Feature! - Local Storage for Voice Mail: ACE now allows users to import voice recordings from TCN and store them on the ACE platform. Typically call recordings are stored on TCN's system and expire after a certain amount of time, this function allows our customers to keep the recordings permanently if they would like.
If you are using TCN and would like to store the call recording locally, setup and schedule a new job with the 'Dialer: Import Call Recordings' task. This task will import and store any voice recordings associated with the specified dialer profile and date range. |
ETLDuplicate Detection: ACE's ETL duplicate detection will now check for duplicates within the file being loaded as well as for duplicate accounts on the system. If the same account exists multiple times within the file being loaded or is already on the ACE system, they will be detected.
Primary Agent Email on ELS: It is now possible to put the primary agent email address field on letter profiles. |
LegalAdd Attorney From Account Page: Agents now have the ability to add new attorney profiles directly from the debt information form on the account page. Clicking the green arrow shown below will take the user to the Attorney profile creation page. |
Permissions are still the primary point for controlling who can/cannot view and create attorney profiles. A user will not be able to use this function if they do not have the related permissions such as 'ATTORNEY_NEW'. |
LettersScheduled Letter View Permissions: It is now possible to give a user the ability to view scheduled letters without the ability to send letters or vice versa. Scheduled letters now has new a separate set of permissions that enables this division.

SQL Reports DesignerSQL Limiter: For our Enterprise and Pro customers, it is now possible to limit the number of results a SQL report can return system wide. Setting a limiter will prevent reports from pulling too many results and slowing the system, this is very helpful when building new reports.
The setting can be found under Setup>system: |
Setting the value to -1 will leave the number of results as unlimited, anything else will restrict the results to that number. |
Making Things Right- Fixed an issue where using an error code could clear the worklist field. - The default Worklist type is now set to exclusive when a new worklist is made. - Fixed an issue causing the previous worklist id field to contain the same identifier as the current worklist field. - Fixed an issue with logic blocks not searching SSN's as expected. - Fixed an issue with cloning PDF letter profiles. - Limited the file available for searching as a client access user. - Stopped mail returns from canceling letters that can still be sent via ELS. - Fixed an issue causing long delays when saving users. - Fixed an issue with the agency collections dashboard including deactivated payments. - Client dashboard now loads data if client age is under a month. - Fixed an issue with running queries could show unintended information.
