Step-by-Step Guide to Uploading Logos in Client Profiles
Uploading Logos
There are two distinct logos for each client profile: the Client Logo and the Consumer Logo. These logos may be used in various communications, including VA 2.0, emails and MMS text messages, providing a personalized touch to your interactions with consumers.
Uploading the Client Logo
Go to Clients → Profiles, Select the Client
Within the client's profile, locate the Logo field.
Click Choose File to select the logo file from your computer.
After selecting the file, click Upload to save the logo to the client’s profile.
Uploading the Consumer Logo:
Go to Clients → Profiles, Select the Client
Within the client's profile, locate the Consumer Logo field.
Click Choose File to select the logo file from your computer.
Click Upload to add the consumer logo to the client’s profile.
Post-Upload Actions
After uploading, deleting, or modifying a logo, log out and log back in to clear your cache and see the changes.
VA 2.0 Profile Considerations
Default Profile: If no consumer logo is uploaded to the client profile, the VA 2.0 profile logo associated with the client's accounts will be used on the VA 2.0 welcome and disclosure pages.
Client-Specific Profiles: The VA 2.0 profile logo, if available, will be displayed. If not, the client consumer logo will be used. If neither is available, no logo will be displayed.
Template Variables for Logo Usage
The variables below can be placed anywhere in the body of the template for Text or Email Communications:
Use the template variable ${client.logo} for the client's logo.
Use ${masterClient.logo} for the primary or master client’s logo.
Include consumer-specific logos using ${client.consumerLogo} and ${masterClient.consumerLogo} for primary/master client consumer logos.

Notes on Logo Placement
Only one logo can appear in an MMS text message and it will be superseded by any document attached to the message.
The placement and visibility of logos or other files in text messages is dictated by the recipient's mobile vendor, device, and the software used to display the message. These factors can affect where and how the logo appears within the message.
It is advisable to test the message format across different devices and carriers to ensure the logo appears as intended and to verify that the overall message integrity is maintained.
Additional Considerations
File Requirements: Ensure that the logo files meet the specified format and size requirements to avoid upload issues.
Preview and Confirmation: After uploading or deleting a logo and clearing cache (or logging out and back in), verify that the logos are correctly displayed in the profile. Note that logos are not visible in MMS message previews due to technical limitations.
