Preference Section Fields and Descriptions
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Encrypt Password | The password to use for encrypting/decrypting invoices/reports for this client |
Commission Rate | Allows you to select the commission rates you set up for this client. Commission rates are configured at Clients - Commissions. See Setup Commission Rate |
Commission Tax Rate | See Create Commission Tax |
Bundle within primary client only | Restrict bundles within primary client |
Use the primary client (and its settings) for credit reporting | Check here if the primary client should be used for Credit Reporting |
Exclude From Credit Reporting | Check here if this client's accounts should not be included in Credit Bureaus reporting |
Credit Report Buckets | The balances will be reported from the selected buckets |
Active | Specify if this client is active |
Can Forward | Allows forwarding of this client's accounts |
Can Pursue Legal Action | Allows legal action to be pursued on this client's accounts |
Txt Msg Auto Opt In | Auto opt in phone numbers with location mobile, other or unknown to allow text messages |
Email Auto Opt in | Auto opt in all email addresses to send emails |
SOL Account Type | See State, Payment Fees, and Statute of Limitations |
SOL State | Will use this value as the state to evaluate the SOL date instead of the primary demographic, unless it is set tat the debt level |
Obey Compliance Rules | Should account for this client follow the demographic contact limitations |
Notes | A place where client specific notes can be recorded |
Important Notes | Notes recorded here will be visible when users view this client's accounts |
Account Add Note | Appears anytime this client is selected when adding accounts |
Caller ID | The number for dialer vendors to display as the Caller ID |
