Configure global settings that control how your ACE portal behaves, including reporting, account search, client authentication, language support, and maintenance preferences.
Locate System Settings
Go to Setup → System

Portal Settings:
The Portal Settings section contains global settings that affect how your ACE portal behaves.
Field | Description |

Monthly Goal | Enter the agency's monthly goal amount. |
Monthly Fees Goal | Enter the agency's monthly fees goal amount. |
Login Page Message | Displays a custom message on the ACE login page. |
Default Client Upload Folder | Select the default folder where Client Access users upload files. |
Legal Case Allow Other Demos (Deprecated) | This setting is deprecated and no longer used. |
Maximum Report Rows | Limits the number of records returned by custom reports. The recommended limit is 100,000 rows. Enter -1 for no limit; unlimited results may affect performance. |
Maximum ETL Threads | Controls the maximum number of ETL threads that can run simultaneously. Contact InterProse Support before changing this value, as incorrect settings can affect system performance. The default is 10. |
Maximum Concurrent MMS Image Generations | Controls the maximum number of MMS images that can be generated at the same time. |
Require Additional Authentication for Client Access Users | Requires Client Access users to complete two-factor authentication when signing in. |
Client Access 2FA Trusted-Device Days | Determines how many days a trusted device can be used before two-factor authentication is required again. |
Text Message Vendor for Authentication Texts | Select the text message vendor used to send Client Access authentication codes. |
Default Bundle Selection for Payments/Plans | Automatically selects the current account when posting payments, creating payment plans, recording disputes, or filing bankruptcy. Bundle lists are also collapsed by default. |
Dispute Accounts Separately | Creates a separate dispute record for each selected bundled account. Each dispute must be managed independently. |
Include Original Demographics in Account Search | Enables the Include Original Demographics option in Accounts → Search. When selected, searches include both current and original demographic values, allowing users to locate accounts using previous information such as a former name or date of birth. |
Debug Debt Flags | Identifies debt flags that should be enabled for debugging purposes. This setting should be modified only under the direction of InterProse Support. |
Dispute Accounts Separately
When this option is set to true and multiple accounts are selected for dispute:
Each account will have a separate dispute record created.
Each account's dispute will need to be resolved separately.
Once a dispute is filed, the summary DISPUTED pill includes a quick link to the dispute record (including a link to a single dispute record for multiple bundle accounts when this option is set to false)
Language Support:
The Language Support section controls the languages available throughout the portal.
