    Article summary

    Configure ACE System settings for monthly goals, login messages, language support, ETL multithreading, and client access authentication. In Maintenance Settings, tailor preferences for deploying new releases to your portal. Choose between scheduled or on-demand methods, and set the day and time for scheduled updates.

    Locating System Settings

    limits the number of records allowed in a custom report. A negative value means no limitation

    Warning: Please consult with support before adjusting. Can cause performance issues and instability. Default is 10threads. Max is 100, Minimum is 1

    Require Additional authentication for Client Access Users

    This will force all Client Access users to authenticate via two factor email (or via text if you have an active text message vendor set up) once every 30 days

    Text Message vendor for authentication texts

    Authentication text messages for client access users will be sent from this vendor

    Default Bundle Selection for Payments/Payment Plans

    When enabled, the system automatically selects the current account to apply to when they’re posting transactions, setting up payment plans, recording disputes or bankruptcy. The bundle lists will also be collapsed by default

    Dispute Accounts Separately

    When enabled, bundled accounts may be disputed separately

    When this option is set to true and multiple accounts are selected for dispute:

    1. Each account will have a separate dispute record created.

    2. Each account's dispute will need to be resolved separately.

    3. Once a dispute is filed, the summary DISPUTED pill includes a quick link to the dispute record (including a link to a single dispute record for multiple bundle accounts when this option is set to false)

    Maintenance Settings:

    Maintenance settings define the preferred method for InterProse to deploy new releases, or patches to your portal. Please note that emergency updates may still occur outside the parameters defined below.
