This guide provides detailed instructions for using Click-to-Call within ACE with TCN Dialer.

OAuth Overview

OAuth allows one website or Application to access your information on another site securely, without sharing your password. OAuth Credentials are obtained from TCN and are required for Click to Call.

Note

When using TCN Click-to-Call, you might see a login screen, but this does not mean you are logged out. This screen is TCN's way of asking for your approval to make calls on your behalf. This approval is valid for approximately 24 hours.

Agent Process

  1. Daily Login: Agents should navigate to Utilities → TCN login to establish a connection.

    1. Login Credentials: Enter your login information as required.

  2. OAuth Process: Follow the OAuth process, which expires every 24 hours. Upon expiration, repeat this step.

    1. A new page will appear; follow the prompts:

      1. Dial the desired number.

      2. Enter your PIN.

      3. Input the Passcode.

      4. Follow the voice prompts.

      5. Ensure the phone remains "open" during the call.

  1. Access ACE Account: Open your account in ACE.

  2. Initiate Call: Click on the phone icon to place the call.
