Understanding RI Boards

Prev Next

Rainmaker Insights (RI) Boards are interactive dashboards that organize RI Visuals and other content into a single view. Boards allow you to monitor key metrics, compare related reports, and present information in a centralized dashboard.

Rather than viewing reports individually, RI Boards combine multiple Visuals and supporting content to provide a broader view of business performance.

How RI Boards Work

An RI Board serves as a presentation workspace for reporting information.

A Board can contain:

  • RI Visuals

  • Text

  • Images

  • PDF content

Each RI Visual remains an independent report. A single Visual can be reused across multiple Boards, allowing organizations to build different dashboards without creating duplicate reports.

For example, an Operations Dashboard might include:

  • Daily Collections

  • Agent Performance

  • Payment Trends

  • Promise-to-Pay Activity

  • A company logo

  • Text describing key performance indicators

Viewing these items together provides greater context than reviewing each report individually.

Default RI Boards

Rainmaker Insights includes several preconfigured RI Boards that provide dashboards for common business roles and workflows.

Board

Purpose

Admin

Provides administrative and operational metrics, such as agency collections, productivity, fee trends, and company performance indicators.

Agent

Displays dashboards focused on agent productivity, collections, goals, and other performance metrics.

Client Access

Presents dashboards designed for client users to review collection activity and account performance through Client Access.

Client Dashboard

Displays client-specific reporting used within the Clients area of ACE to monitor collection performance and account activity.

These examples illustrate common uses. Your organization may create Boards that meet its own reporting requirements.

Best Practices

When designing RI Boards:

  • Organize related Visuals together.

  • Design each Board for a specific audience or business objective.

  • Reuse existing Visuals whenever possible instead of creating duplicates.

  • Use text and images to provide context where appropriate.

  • Periodically review Boards to ensure the displayed information remains relevant.
