The Agent Preferences page allows administrators to control how agents interact with payment plans, worklists, commissions, and security settings. These options help enforce operational limits, maintain consistency across agents, and support compliance and security requirements.

Description

Payment Plans Override Agent and Agent Day Limit

  • When an account is saved and has a payment plan, assign the account to the agent(s) listed on the payment plan.

Worklist Override Agent and Agent Day Limit

  • When an account is saved and is in a worklist, assign the account to the primary agent listed in the worklist.

Use Payment Plan Agent for Commission

  • When a payment is made on an account with a payment plan, give the commission to the agent(s) on the plan, not the account.

Force Users to Enable Multi‑Factor Authentication

  • When enabled, all agents are required to use Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) when accessing the system.

Primary Agent Default Day Limit

  • Defines the default for the period of time the Primary Agent may continue to work the account?

  • Enter a numeric value (for example: 7 for 7 days or -1 for no daily limit).

Secondary Agent Default Day Limit

  • Defines the default for the period of time the Secondary Agent may continue to work the account?

  • Enter a numeric value (for example: 7 for 7 days or -1 for no daily limit).

Split Commission Default

  • Sets the default commission split percentage when there is a primary and a secondary agent both working an account.

  • The value in this field defines the portion of commission to be received by the primary agent. The balance would be received by the secondary agent.

Minimum Password Length

  • Defines the minimum number of characters required for user passwords.

  • If left empty, the default of twelve characters is required.

Maximum Session Time

  • Controls how long a user session can remain idle before the system automatically logs the user out.

  • If left empty, the default is 30 minutes.

Saving Changes

After making updates:

  • Click Apply to save your changes.

  • Click Cancel to discard changes and exit without saving.
