This video will cover Worklist Types. Please review the detail below the video for the individual steps outlined in it.
Worklist Types
In ACE, there are four Worklist types, each serving a unique purpose. We aim to guide you on when and how to leverage each Worklist Type for optimal results.
Pool Worklist Type
A Pool Worklist Type determines if accounts can be accessed by multiple agents simultaneously. A common use case is for new or active accounts that are not assigned to a specific agent.
User Worklist Type
A User Worklist Type determines if the worklist is intended for a single user or primary agent. In a configured workflow, accounts from a Pool worklist can be moved to a Primary Agent worklist.
Storage Worklist Type
A Storage Worklist Type determines if a dedicated worklist is needed for storing inactive accounts without active work. This worklist type is commonly used for moving accounts through an automated workflow or holding accounts that are not workable.
Review Worklist Type
A Review Worklist Type determines if a specific worklist is needed for handling accounts needing review, like disputes or bankruptcy. This allows admins to make changes without altering Next Work Dates.
Summary
Understanding these differences is essential to strategically employing diverse worklist types tailored to your workflow's specific requirements.
