      On January 21, 2024 (postponed from the original date of January 14, 2024), our monthly release was deployed.

       

      Virtual Agent (VA) url links were resulting in errors after the release. Url links were not causing errors for VA 2.0. The problem is fixed with this release patch.

       

      In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.

       

      We apologize for the inconvenience this may create, but please know that we are dedicated to taking corrective actions whenever appropriate.
