On February 18, 2024, our monthly release was deployed.
With this patch, we have hardened consumer logins to the ACE Virtual Agent (VA) 2.0. This bolsters the efficacy of searchable account matching criteria.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
