On August 18, 2024, our monthly release was deployed.

A new feature was deployed with our August release erroneously. We’ve implemented a feature to prevent scheduled secure payments from overpaying an account’s bundle balance following payments made outside of the plan. For more details, please review this article: Payment Plan Job Task.

ACE Collections customers will not be impacted by this, however, when this feature was deployed, it resulted in Reflection customers having Payment Plan job failures. The feature has now been updated to correct for that behavior. When evaluating reflection customer payment plans, the job will check only the account’s balance and not the bundle balance.

In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
