On September 15, 2024, our monthly release was deployed.
Following the release, when an agent sent a consumer an opt-in request through ITMS text messaging, the Txt Msg Auth Code (pin) was not showing up for the consumer to use. That has been fixed and is working as expected now.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may create, but please know that we are dedicated to taking corrective actions whenever appropriate.
