On January 19, 2025, our monthly release was deployed.

Two payment plan issues have been identified.

1. A customer using the original Virtual Agent was seeing negative payments showing up at the end of payment plans where a down payment was involved.

2. Another customer ran into a problem where altering dates of scheduled payments in a payment plan was resulting in an irregular payment at the end of the plan even when calculate interest was set to false.

These issues have been fixed.

In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
