Account Workflow Actions for Primary Agent

Left click a pill here to identify the manual actions taken by an agent that will stamp them as the Primary Agent on an account.

  • Notate Account ->Any action taken in the Notate Account Session using the "Apply" button or "Send to Worklist" using the "Send" button
  • Letter Sent
  • Phone In/Out -> Specifically an Inbound or Outbound Phone call entry
  • Phone RPC -> Specifically a Right Party Contact call entry
  • Payment
  • Promise -> A single Promised Payment is taken -OR- A Promise Payment Plan is scheduled
  • Set Next Work Date
  • Status Code Change
  • Demographic Change
  • Account Save (includes using "Apply" to save an account)

Please Note:

 To ensure the agent actively working an account is Primary Agent for a specific period of time and is credited with commission use this feature in conjunction with 

    the Agent Goal -> Primary Agent Day Limit setting for the Agents ACE User

    commission settings at the User level, and keep in mind that the actions identified here will not change or stamp a new Primary Agent unless there is no Primary Agent identified for the account or the Primary Agent Day limit has expired. 

 

Do not select a pill in this section if you do not want an agent taking that action to potentially be stamped as Primary Agent.
