Create a Personal Worklist
When creating a User-type Profile, you can also create and configure a Personal Worklist directly from the profile.
A Personal Worklist is a User-type Worklist associated with the user. The new user is automatically assigned as the Worklist's Primary Agent.
To create a Personal Worklist:
In the Personal Worklist section, select Create Personal Worklist.
Enter the Worklist Label.
Enter a unique Worklist Identifier.
Configure the remaining Worklist settings as needed.
Select Auto Map User to automatically map the new user to the Personal Worklist.
Complete the remaining User Profile setup.
Click Save.
ACE creates the User Profile and associated Personal Worklist.
For descriptions of the available Worklist settings, see Worklist Sections and Fields.

Personal Worklist Permissions
The administrator must have Worklist New and Worklist Save permissions to create a Personal Worklist from the User Profile.
View a User's Personal Worklist
When an existing user has a Personal Worklist, the Worklist settings are displayed as read-only information on the User Profile.
To view a user's Personal Worklist:
Go to Setup → Users → Profiles.
Open the User Profile.
Locate the Personal Worklist section.
Review the Worklist settings.
Select Open Worklist to open the Worklist configuration when changes are needed.
Worklist View permission is required to view an existing user's Personal Worklist details.
Clone a User Profile
You can also create a User Profile by cloning an existing profile. Cloning is useful when the new user requires settings similar to an existing user.
Go to Setup → Users → Profiles.
Open the User Profile you want to clone.
Click Clone.
Update the profile information for the new user.
Review and update the cloned settings as needed.
Click Save.
When cloning a user with a Personal Worklist, ACE provides options to:
Copy settings: Creates a Personal Worklist using the source Worklist's configuration.
Create with defaults: Creates a Personal Worklist using the standard new-user defaults.
Do not create a Worklist: Creates the cloned user without a Personal Worklist.
