Consent to Contact
In the Account page - Notate Account section, there is a Boolean option available to enable a single additional contact to be made within the compliance restricted period identified in the compliance settings.
This is only functional at the time a phone contact is being recorded. See the Compliance Page for additional details related to compliance.
Note
Consent to Contact will only be visible in the Notate Account section if the agent has one or more permission roles set in their user profile.
The permission role ACCOUNT_DEBT_CONSENT_CONTACT_UPDATE is located in permission roles for Agents and Menu-Accounts.

After Consent to Contact is checked (set to true), the account will be unrestricted for contact until one of these two things occurs:
- A period of time, equal to the Compliance - Contact Window - Max Consent To Contact Days, expires after the consumer has consented to the contact
- A contact is made returning the account to a restricted state
