Emailing PDF attachments

ELS provides the option to email a PDF attachment. You can either activate the ELS portion of a letter profile that already exists, or you can create a new letter profile.

Existing letter profile

Within the existing letter profile, select the Email or Letter option from the dropdown.

Enter the fields for:

  • ELS Type- File Attachment
  • ELS Subject
  • ELS Body
  • ELS Letter Vendor- PDF

ELS

Once completed you will need to save/apply the changes you have made to the letter profile. 

Note
ELS is not compatible with external letter providers. Only locally generated letters can be delivered via ELS
