Welcome to the Release Notes for our 9/17/2017 deployment. Please see our list of new features and fixes below.
- Fixed problems that occur when manually changing a user’s password through their User profile, specifically with the Become User and Transactional Batch functions.
- Improved Support for Single and Double Quotes for Notes on Accounts.
- Removed defunct Virtual Agent Statistics link.
- Fixed TCN Dialer issue when no phone numbers exist on an account.
- Lock out Form Fields on Locked Accounts for Client Users.
- Added SSL Support for Outgoing Email Preferences.
- Change Bundling Functionality.
- The reason for doing this is to improve accuracy and prevent demographic data from being combined erroneously.
- Now when demographic data is combined during Bundling, it will be restricted to demographics with the same first and last name.
- When the Primary Debt is missing demographic data, and the Bundled Debt contains that information, it will now be copied over.
- Additional details on how this works will be published in a forthcoming Help Desk article.
- Dialer Codes Now Require either Phone Result Contact or Phone Result No Contact types under Setup -> Vendor -> Dialers.
