InterProse Ace Release Notes for 1/14/18
Welcome to the Release Notes for our 1/14/2018 deployment. Please see our list of new features and fixes below.
- Fixed ‘502 Bad Gateway’ errors that occurred occasionally when using ACE.
- Added configuration to allow control over which demographics get merged when bundling. The default is set to Primary.
- Increased of query timeout from 15 minutes to 1 hour when running an SQL report through a job. This applies only to our Professional and Enterprise customers.
- Updated PhoneIn/Out Workflow Action to apply to all calls regardless of Contact/No Contact.
- Masked the routing and account numbers that are found in the invoice section of the Client Profile page.
- Rebranded application from WebAR to Interprose ACE.
- Optimized the debt/account letters, calls, outgoingCalls, incomingCalls, messagesLeft, contacts, noContacts, hangups fields. Logs phone calls against all debts in bundle going forward. Bundle Type letters also will log against all debts in the bundle going forward.
- Client Aging statistics updated to run daily.
- Added CIDR notation to IP Limits on roles.
- Note will be generated when a phone number is marked active/inactive.
- Added a new credit card payment provider, "PayRazr".
- Added a custom authorization page for Virtual Agent* to be featured in our upcoming State of InterProse Webinar*
- Added ability to delete notes beyond the 24hr period. A permission is required to perform this task* contact support for more information*
- Added security against cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
- Fixed - bundle master not marked when using account search.
- Fixed - customerID not passing to client file upload notification email.
- Fixed- credit card mislabeling.
- Fixed - Remove settlement amount stamped in account summary after a settlement is voided.
- Fixed - Logic block for Debt Group incorrectly evaluating as True when no Debt Group is set.
