Here's your February ACE Release Notes!
You can expect up to an hour of downtime to deploy this release.
In January, we introduced ETL Import Multithreading. Now we are delivering the long awaited option to use multithreading for account loaders.
Accounts will load up to 8x faster!
Rollback More Than Just ETL Accounts Now
Files loaded using nearly all ETL load methods can now be rolled back in the same way account assignments could be rolled back in the past. Two exceptions are Account Update and Balance Sync ETL load methods.
Only new records being loaded will be available to be rolled back. Transactions will still prevent accounts from being rolled back.
Account Summary Custom Pills
You asked for it and it's here. Custom pills can now be added to accounts or removed from accounts using action path workflow.
New ITMS PIN Number
When an agent chooses "Send Opt In Request", the consumer receives a text message from ACE to opt in. The consumer now also receives a unique PIN in the text message.
After the agent enters the PIN, the consumer is opted in for text messages.
New Triggers
This trigger fires when documents are uploaded via:
- File Drop Box
- File Manager
- Account Sidebar
- Legal Case Documents
- VA Document Node
This trigger fires when a client selects files for account upload using the upload pill.
Client Access User File Manager
Clients can now be given access to a File Manager in ACE where they can upload, download and delete client documents.
Flow Action Object Labels
New flow actions will now automatically populate the selected subject(s) related to the flow action.
Flow action labels can still be modified and will retain manual changes
You now have an option to base commission tax calculation on the state associated with a consumer instead of the client.
There's now a column in the ETL Import Profile list view so you can see which of your ETL loaders have Multithreading enabled.
Emojis in ITMS Text Messages!
You can now send a limited number of text message invitations to opt in through ITMS by setting the limit under "Max Invitations" in the vendor settings and setting up a text message profile with the "INVITATION" category.
Enhancements
- View any contact updates that are stuck in the queue pending update to LiveVox from ACE
- Clear any pending contact updates while working on LiveVox vendor setup
- Empty demographic contacts are not updated to LiveVox
- Failed updates returned from LiveVox are added back to the end of the queue
ETL Loader List Values Simplified
When preparing data files to be loaded in ACE and mapping data, some list variables have required strict adherence to formatting. Many updates have been put in place to reduce conflicts when a list variable doesn't match the expected case or formatting with regard to underscores between words. This should improve outcomes when loading data.
In addition, when data doesn't match, better logging of errors should reduce data load interruptions and help to identify challenges.
Fixed These
- Alerts are showing up as scheduled
- ETL payments are now using client default transaction spreaders if the spreader isn't being assigned from the ETL profile or the ETL file
- Fixed a problem with erroneous LiveVox "Do Not Call" connections
- A problem with copying form fields was fixed
- Fixed an issue where phones/emails/addresses added to a bundle member were propagating even when propagation was disabled for the demographic type
- A change was made so firewall rules don't impact the letter export speed as much
- The add account dialog box is now scrollable for long lists of accounts
- A letter created on a different account in a bundle now shows up on the letter log of any other account that is included in the letter (bundle and bundle group letters, for example)
- Responsible party accounts can now be added to a legal case even if they are associated with a bundle member that is not the primary account in the legal case
- Now when null values are loaded via conversion ETL, commission will be loaded as null and will not be calculated by system defaults
- The ITMS template list can now be sorted by column
