How does it benefit me?
Image pills show up on the ACE account page in the summary section and can capture a user's attention quickly.
What is it?
There are many default pill images that are displayed up on the ACE account page in the summary section based on core triggered behavior in the application. For example, after an account is disputed, the following pill will be displayed.
Custom pills are displayed in the same place.
What do I have to do?
Create Custom Pills
Custom pills can be created via Setup - Accounts - Pills
Setup Action Path Workflow to Add or Remove Custom Account Pills
Two flow actions are available to use:
- Add Account Pill
- Remove Account Pill
Either of these flow actions can be set up in an action path which can be fired in either of the following ways.
- From a Workflow: Action Path in a job
- From an Action Code used to set the Action Path ID Value
