    Cool New Upgrades

No Rest for the Weary Programmer!

    Accounts

    • In account view, we added a comma to separate a debtors last name from their suffix. For example, account names with suffixes previously saved as 'Last, First Jr' now saves as 'Last, First, Jr'.

    • In the notate account section, if a call result is specified and the phone detail fields are empty when apply is clicked, an error will appear informing the user about which fields need to be filled.

    Letters

    • While scheduling bundle letters manually from an account, you can now specify which accounts within a bundle associated with that account will receive a letter.
    • Added the ability to manually stop all bundle and payment letters from the account view, this can be done from the letter actions drop down menu.

    Reports

    • New Reports! A set of new goal reports are available under agents, company, and clients. These reports allow you to compare collections in each category to a preset goal over a given time period. A more detailed explanation can be found in the 'Take a Closer Look' section.
    • The aged invoices report now allows you to view the client profile associated with an invoice by clicking on the clients name in the report.
    • The invoice statement summary report allows you to view the client profile associated with an invoice by clicking on the clients name in the report. A few column names have been updated in order to improve their clarity.
    • The agent performance summary' now displays the number of checks/cards/promises that are associated with each agent.
    • We are continuing to replace and update old reports
      • The 'Agents Summary' report has been removed, the 'Performance Summary' report under Reports>Agents fills the old reports role with a better format.
      • The 'Agents Activity' report has been removed and replaced with the 'Time on Account' report located under Reports>agents.
      • 'Work Performed' is now labeled 'Performance'.
      • 'Agents Time on Account' is now labeled 'Time on Account'.
      • 'Agents Commission Detail' is now labeled 'Commission Detail'

    Dialers

    • Within dialer profiles, you can now set a phone status to be assigned for each dialer code associated with that vendor. A more detailed explanation can be found in the 'Take a Closer Look' section.

    Date Selection

    • We have added two new methods for selecting date ranges within ACE. These types present themselves in a few locations throughout the ACE interface. A more detailed explanation can be found in the 'Take a Closer Look' section.

    Take a Closer Look!

    Goal Report

The goal reports show your organizations progress towards financial goals that you set within ACE. The report can be used to view agent, client, and company progress. The report can be found in each category, for example the client report is under Reports>Clients>Goals:

To start, specify a date range and an output format then click run. It is important to note the report will not show partial data from months, if you specify a range from October 30th to November 3rd, it will show you goals and progress on those goals from Oct 1st through Nov 30th.

The report will show your monthly goals within the time period specified and your progress towards them. For an example, we will be taking a look at the agent report:

In the upper right of the report you will find a condensed view of each agents goals and actual numbers generated within the specified date range. We can see the different goals set for each user and their progress towards them. O/U (Over/Under) will indicate the difference between actual collections and the set goal.

The main body of the report is a visualization of the data seen in the condensed view. The data is broken down into bar graphs by month, the grey bar representing goals and the blue one representing actual amounts collected toward those goals. Within The agent and client report each agent/client will have their own bar graph for data visualization.

The goals for each type of report can be set in varying locations:

Agents: Navigate to Setup>Users>Profiles and select the user you wish to set a goal for. Goals can be set by month in the 'Agent Goals' form.

Clients: Go to Clients>Client Profiles, select the client you wish to set a goal for, and set the goal in the 'Client Goals' form.

Company Goals: Go to Setup>Company Goals to create goals for your organization.

Once a goal is set it will roll over from month to month (e.g. setting an agent goal of $2000 for the month of November will cause the default for December to be $2000 as well).

    Dialer Phone Status

You now have the ability to apply a phone status automatically to phone numbers when dialer results are returned based on status code. To do so, navigate to Setup>Vendors>Dialer and select a dialer profile, select the dialer code you wish have apply a status, and select the status from the new drop-down menu.

    New Date types

Some fields within ACE now only allow you to select by month instead of smaller windows of time. The formatting and appearance of this date range selector will change based on the browser you are using.

    Firefox:

    Making Things Right

Fixed - Round robin account distribution method now properly distributes accounts

Fixed - Letters can now be sent from a judgment account

Fixed - If the 'mail to address' field within a letter profile was set to co-maker or spouse but the 'primaryDemographic' token was being used in the letter vendor profile, the letter would be sent to the primary demographic. The letter will now send to the correct demographic specified within the letter profile.
