    Restricting Letter Access

    Control access to letters by assigning specific Permission Roles to the Send Role ID and Edit Role ID fields in letter profiles. Follow these steps to limit access:

    1. Navigate to Setup → Letters → Profile and click New or select an existing profile.

      1. For the Send Role ID field, add the desired Permission Role to control who can send the letter.

      2. For the Edit Role ID field, add the desired Permission Role to control who can edit the letter.

    2. Ensure only users with the necessary Permission Role in their profiles can access or edit the letter.

    3. Click Save.

    Refer to the document Finding Permissions and Permission Roles in ACE for detailed guidance on setting and understanding permissions.

    If adjustments to Permission Roles are necessary, contact our support team. Please note that modifying these roles can result in unintended consequences.
