System Unavailable Message - Why am I getting this message?

Scheduled Deploys


We have scheduled system deploys on Sundays.  The deployment usually takes 1 hour, but can take longer.  

We also reserve the right to deploy at any time 24 hours a day, seven days a week if it's an emergency. 

If you receive the system unavailable message and it is Sunday, we're likely deploying and the system will return to normal very shortly.

If you receive the system unavailable message outside of scheduled deployment, wait a couple minutes and try again.
