    Article summary

The Bundle Group Filter in VA 2.0 allows you to control which accounts are displayed to consumers.

    Prerequisite: Create a Logic Block

Before setting up the Bundle Group Filter, create a Logic Block that identifies accounts in a bundle group to be presented to the consumer. For example you can identify accounts with balances over $5,000.

    Understanding Login Behavior

When logging into an account associated with a VA 2.0 profile with a bundle group filter, the behavior is as follows:

    • If the entire bundle of accounts being logged into is paid in full with a zero balance, the consumer will encounter the "Ineligible Account" page.

    • However, if bundle selector is set to true AND an attempt is made to log into a single bundle member account (that is not the primary) in the bundle that is PIF with a zero balance (e.g. Guest login), the login will go through (logging in to an eligible primary bundle) and representing the rest of the bundle of accounts.

    Note

    Bundle Group Filters Impact:

Bundle Group Filters may affect bundles and/or accounts presented to consumers. If unexpected results occur, review VA Profile and/or Bundle Group Filter configurations before contacting support.

    Special Case Accounts:

For accounts like Legal Case, Judgment, or Responsible Party Bundled accounts, thoroughly configure and test VA profiles and applied Bundle Group Filters outside of working hours. Ensure Bundle Selector is deactivated to prevent presenting inappropriate account bundles to consumers.

    Auto Login Links:

Auto Login links will direct consumers to the valid account and bundle associated with the link, considering eligibility for VA 2.0. Configuration changes may impact eligibility.
