Add dashboard from home (default at login)
- Left click the Plus Tab
Add Virtual Agent panels to a dashboard
- Scroll down through the available panels using the scroll bar on the right
- Locate the panels you would like to add to the Virtual Agent Dashboard you are creating
- Virtual Agent Panels are identified by "Virtual Agent" or "VA" preceding each panel title
- To add a panel, left click the "Add" button
- Continue to use locate and "Add" each panel you would like
- Scroll to the bottom
- Left click "Done"
Rearrange panels on a dashboard
- Left click the gold heading bar for a panel, hold the mouse button down, and drag the panel to the location you would like it to reside in relation to the other panels
- Panels can be moved to the left, right, above, and/or below other panels
- Existing panels will move to make space for the panel being moved
Adjust panel layout
- Left click the gear to the right of the "New Tab" tab
- Left click to select, "Change Layout"
- Select the layout you would like to see
- The default layout displays panels to the left and right at approximately the same width
- The second layout displays the panels to the left at a greater width than the panels to the right
- The third layout displays the panels to the right at a greater width than the panels to the left
- After selecting your preference, left click, "Done"
- If you want to return the layout to the default, follow the same steps to change the layout again
Rename dashboard
- Left click the gear to the right of the "New Tab" tab
- Left click to select, "Rename Tab"
- Select and replace "New Tab" with the tab name you would like, for example, "Virtual Agent"
Add additional panels
- Left click the gear to the right of the Dashboard tab
- Left click to select, "Add Panels"
- Scroll down the list, left click "Add" for the panels you wish to add
- Scroll to the bottom of the list, left click "Done"
Edit each panel
Some of the panels will have parameters that can be edited. Follow the steps below to determine if a panel has parameters that can be edited and to edit them.
- Left click the gear to the right of a gold header for a single panel
- Left click to select, "Edit"
- If you do not see "Edit" in the gear menu for a panel, then there are no parameters that can be edited for that panel
- Make changes to the parameter values as desired
- Left click "Done"
View panel element detail
Some of the panels will have additional detail that can be viewed by hovering over an element. In the example below, hovering over a bar element in the bar chart is showing detail related to that bar.
